all the resources at one place for all Salsa lovers. This dance form is getting popular in Indian movies. One of my favorite actress missed a movie for not having enough expertise in salsa. good quality hub.

Wow! Fantastic hub...I didn't realize there were so many opportunities beyond a little friday night social dancing, and the entertainment is amazing. Can you post a calendar of performances for these dancers?

Melanie 3 years ago

I first saw Giju perform at Alberto's in Mountain View this past January...what an amazing talent! My friends and I bought his CD and watched the music video on YouTube about a zillion times! We actually recognized some of the dancers from Salsa workshops we'd attended. That was so COOL. It's funny how you can live right here in Silicon Valley and not really realize the great entertainment and depth of talent that exists just an arms-length away. Thanks for sharing. ;-)

"My wife and have gone to PB&G's Hot Salsa Friday quite a few times...but we had NO idea they were a world-ranked Salsa group. The video clip you posted here is the first time I've actually seen them perform!!. How can we see them and other dancers you posted here perform live?"

Love your Salsa Hub, Evolving1...It supports the big contributors to Salsa in the Bay Area, but at the same time provides fun and entertaining content I haven't seen before. I was just going to suggest that you could add the city for each club - so people can easily find the one that's in their area.

Delighted to hear you're enjoying this Salsa Hub. ;-)

SF Bay Area Salsa does offer excellent training and entertainment. We're so fortunate!! And yes Ray, PB&G are poetry in motion. ;-) Stay tuned for a calendar of various performance events, which Maryanne kindly suggested in her post.

Melanie, Giju IS quite a dynamic artist! For anyone who hasn't seen this action, make that a "must do". You'll feel happy you did. =) Check back for info on his new performance group. They debut locally next month.

Alexandra, excellent suggestion for city info on clubs.

Desert Blondie: Thanks for the enthusiasm! Write when next in SF for update on Salsa happenings. And thanks for your own important Hubs on HEALTH.
